Individuals applying for an Outdoor Adventure with the Tony Semple Foundation for Hope must meet the following criteria: a citizen of the United States or Canada, at least 10 years of age, have approval by a parent or guardian, have a physician documented life-threatening or life-altering condition, and have no previous outdoor adventure wish granted. It is the responsibility of the person requesting the opportunity to submit the proper documentation. All applications will be reviewed by the board of trustees. No applicant, current or prior, should assume approval without a letter from the board.
