We invite you to explore the possibility of fulfilling the dreams of someone you love through the Tony Semple Foundation for Hope^®.

Individuals applying for an Outdoor Adventure with the Tony Semple Foundation for Hope® must meet the following criteria:

• A citizen of the United States of America
• Minimum age of 10, maximum age of 25
• Have approval by a parent or guardian
• Have a physician documented life-threatening or life-altering condition
• Have no previous outdoor adventure wish granted

It is the responsibility of the person requesting the opportunity to submit the proper documentation. All applicants will be reviewed by the board of trustees. No applicant, current or prior, should assume approval without a letter from the board.
